Each class is structured to build upon one another, and have an a topic of education and an activity to follow within it. To integrate what was learned, each week you’ll be assigned “play-work” to complete before the next class.

Clearing what’s blocking our ability to deepen our intuition can be a vulnerable process. It is why the class is capped at 12 participants, and we’ll have a private WhatsApp group for community support in between classes.
